Christmas story by Mike Pipinis D1 Neon, Aegina

Once upon a time, there was a child called Tom who didn't like Christmas

very much.

He was alone in the house, so he decided to leave his home for Christmas

and go to stay in a forest that was nearby. He went to a store, bought a tent

and some food, and went to the forest. He found a place to put up his tent.

Late that night, he'd finished and went to sleep. In the morning, Tom ate some

food and went on a trip into the forest. Suddenly, he realized he was lost. His

phone didn't have a signal and he didn't know what to do. Tom didn't have

any food or a place to stay. He sat on a rock and started thinking. He

remembered that he had a compass with him. He took it out and found a

path back to his tent.

He ate lunch and went to sleep because he was very tired. He had a dream

that he was sitting near his tent when an earthquake happened. Trees

started falling down and he was running to save his life. Suddenly, he woke

up, scared and he decided to go back  home. It was Christmas day and his

family were sitting around the table, eating. He arrived at the door and rang

the bell. His mother came to open the door and saw Tom. She started

crying, hugged him and he went in. He sat with the others and he never did

this again. After that, he loved Christmas and had the best spirit.
